QUESTION: Are your tie dyes Colorfast?
ANSWER: We use an exclusive garments dying process that is very different from the fiber reactive or direct dying processes normally used in tie dyeing. Unlike other dying techniques, our garments are completely bleach resistant. You can wash them in cold or hot water, and they will last for years.
QUESTION: Can these tie dyes accept a screenprint and do you offer such a service?
ANSWER: Our tie dyes are designed to accept a screenprint and we can offer one and two color printing.
QUESTION: What is your turnaround time?
ANSWER: On a small order we can usually ship your order within 48 hours. For something larger, we can turn out 600 garments a day, given a few days to set up your order.
QUESTION: My customer or organization wants a tie dye but I am unsure what the public is buying this year.
ANSWER: The response to our products have been overwhelming this year. But we find that the Blue-Purple Swirls and the Multi-color swirls are by far the most popular item.
QUESTION: What sizes do you offer?
ANSWER: We can offer the public youth and adult sizes; small, medium, and large in youth garments, and small, medium, large, x-large, XX-Large, and XXX-large in adult t-shirts.
QUESTION: Does your company offer anything besides t-shirts?
ANSWER: Most of our sales are t-shirts. However we also stock long sleeve t-shirts, children's short sets, children's rompers, and baby onesies. We can also offer the public sweatshirts, henley shirts, shorts, sock, pillowcases, sheets, and towels as special order.
QUESTION: Can you do custom dying for my school or team?
ANSWER: We have done a great deal of custom work, which costs $1.00 extra per garment. Many color combinations work very well. However we cannot offer exact PMS matching.
